Hai Sir I M Suffering From Severe Depression And Severe

Hai sir I m suffering from severe depression and severe nerves weakness problems head to leg my body is shaking,sometimes pulling one side mentally I m in confused mind what ever medicine intake leads to adverse effect I don't know what to do I can't do my work normally some times hallucination problem and balancing problem pls give me suggestion what to do otherwise I m going to commit suicide
