CT scan shows mild right sided hydroureteronephrosis. Is it serious?

I was in the hospital Sun. for a cat scan and it was determined that I have diverticulitis. They sent me home with an antibiotic. I received a latter today stating that my cat scan revealed some mild right sided hydro ureteronephrosis and to share this with my Dr. I am not going to him until the 13th. Can you tell me how serious is this condition and what action is the Dr. going to take?

if its mild no problem its enalarge ment of kidney due to infection once u take antibiotic your symptoms get stop meaning enlargment subsided
