Hai sir... up to usg report my liver size is 17.3cm shows increased echotexture and left adnexa shows a simple cyst measuring 39×39 mm. And small parietal wall defect measuring 29 mm noted in the region of umbilicus through which herniation of fat noted.. pls help me ...what treatment should i take?
