Hai Sir.recently My Father In Law Is Identified As HIV

Hai sir.recently my father in law is identified as HIV positive. My concern is my wife used d same razor used by my mother in law cutting her nail.my wife Cut herself while cutting her nail.being seen it her mother said I had also a cut before your use.so is there a chances of HIV transmission.
