Hallo Doctor, My Name Is Val And My Cousin Was

Hallo Doctor, my name is Val and my cousin was diagnosed with breast cancer twelve months ago and has been treat with chemo, however, for the past month she has been complaining from numbness on her left side of face, is this normal, will the numbness go away, or is this something more serious, she is in Europe, Macedonia to be exact.
