Hallo My Husband Had A Reversal About 3 Weeks Ago

Hallo my husband had a reversal about 3 weeks ago first i noticed chlorine smell wish i knew is normal now it smells different and color changing to yellow ish he does not have any problems he is taking supplements like zinc, omega 3, vit and folic acid. Do you think its maybe the reason for odur and color change
