Hallo, My Six Year Old Is Getting His Allergy Shots

Hallo, my six year old is getting his allergy shots weekly and is due tomorrow. Since last night he has fever of 101.1-102.9 . Even with fever reducer the temperature is not going below 101.1. Can he receive his shots tomorrow or should I give him few more days?
