Hallo Sir..my Father Had Suffered From Abdominal Blotting And Chest

Hallo sir..my father had suffered from abdominal blotting and chest pain some days ago.after some medication it was cured.but after some day it emerged again.but this time no chest pain,but he was suffering from abdominal distention.two days ago we admitted him in a hospital.after some tests the doctor found minimal ascites and minimal pleural effusion in right chest section.some eco textural problem in liver also present.the amount of lipase and amaylase in pancreas is very high.sir, I want to know that what might be the reason for this types of disorders and what type of treatment should be taken.
