Hallo.i Had An Iucd Inserted Last September ,and Early March

Hallo.i had an iucd inserted last september ,and early March i expirienced brownish pv discharge and had a vaginal swab and the results indicated presence of klebsiella ozonae,I am worried,what could be the cause of that,i do have oral sex with my husband,.And on the miscroscoy results they sAaid epitheilal cells present.what could it mean/?Thank you
