I got a little painful lump in my left armpit. It appears right before my period and disappears after the period. I have this problem for the past 2 years. I also got a lipoma in my left arm near wrist. I wanted to confirm whether this lump in my armpit is also a lipoma or something like a cancer? The pain also spreads to breast. I'm scared. Please advice.
