Hand Started Burning. Index Finger Had A Partial Circle Like

Hand started burning. Index finger had a partial circle like the shape of a moon and it was all white. The middle finger and fourth fingers, beneath the nail all the way down, was powder white and dry. I sprayed some lanacane on it. The next day fingers very sore and very dry and had some brown spots on them by the knuckles.
