Hard Boney Knot On Rear Of Head, Right Near The

Hard boney knot on rear of head, right near the middle soft spot of my skull. it is painful, but not severe. Doesn't seem to be follicle related etc..if I place both hands behind my head in symmetrical places, it's located right where the skull dips inward.
