Hard Painful Quarter Sized Limp Located On Tragus On Right

Hard painful quarter sized limp located on tragus on right ear. It was black in color visible was the size of a dime got bigger then moved inward now is the size of a quarter very tender painful swollen and gives pressure to my whole ear. The full size is from tragus area to the bottom of my ear could this be cancer.
