Have Fibro (used To Discomfort) Woke Up With Left Arm

Have Fibro (used to discomfort) woke up with left arm shoulder to fingers in pain, tingling in hands & fingers. Discomfort lessons if lay arm on belly & do not move. heartburn coming/going. discomfort slowly has gone into left neck and just into a little chest area by the shoulder. BP is 173/95. heart rate all day has been fine at 60. Just took blood pressure. If I get up & move, pain in arm dramatically increases. Been 12 hours now.
