Have R.A. Started On Lefletimide In June! Nause Etc. But

Have R.A. Started on Lefletimide in June! Nause etc. But stuck it out.Then in late August developed pain in LUQ below ribs. Felt like a muscle pull. In creased++Have had Ct scan, ultra sound colonoscopy all normal! There is also bulging over the sorest part..below ribs. Am an RN an know something is wrong. Have lost 30 lbs in 4 months. What specialist should I see?
