Have A 14 Month Old Who Is Throwing Up About

Have a 14 month old who is throwing up about every half hour, sometimes shorter increments of time but never longer than a half hour between vomiting. She won't drink anything and was exposed to two children who had a pretty bad stomach bug. Should I be taking her to the ER or do we just wait it out for her to feel better?
