Have A 4 Yrs Old Who Refuses To Take Her

Have a 4 yrs old who refuses to take her liquid medication. Insists it tastes awful. I've mixed it with juice, lemonade and even chocolate milk, all of which she will not take. This is the second type of antibiotic that she must take for her walking phemonia but she refuses to take it. Any ideas?
