Have A 41 Year Old Son Who Had A Gastric

Have a 41 year old son who had a gastric sleeve put on a year ago. He had gallbladder surgery three weeks after the sleeve surgery. But two weeks ago he started vomiting, went into the ER and they ran a bunch of test and found nothing but started giving him banana bags, and anti nausea medicine and sent him home after two days. Two days later it started again, did some more test, banana bag, nausea medicine. He has been home for two days and he just called me and he is vomiting again. What do we do next? He has had CT scan, MRI,
