Have A 9 Year Old Husky. Had Cough, But Not

Have a 9 year old husky. Had cough, but not kennel cough. Has tightening of stomach, and at times tries to clear throat. Does this several times a day. Coughs every time after drinking water. Has been recently (past month) for a throat infection. That seems to have cleared up. Has loss of appetite at times, acts sluggish. Hasn't acted like old self. No fever note.
