Have A Lump On Back Of Head On Right Side

Have a lump on back of head on right side behind ear, ear is numb and head is numb from lump up to middle of head. Lump also swells. History of heart surgery for aortic valve replacement and aneurysm repair in June with complications leading to pacemaker and 3 episodes of cardiac arrest. What could lump be?
