Have A Sister In Mexico With Cancer Just Heard After

Have a sister in Mexico with cancer just heard after intravenous put in arm swelling badly. Is at a house not hospital. Daughter called nurse and was told to take out intravenous. She said only small tubing came out. Isn't a needle required in all intravenous?? Felt around for needle under skin, didn't find anything, but arm was so swollen how can she be sure. She felt can ibis oil was going to cure her, that why she down there and not here. I know it does not cure may make u comfortable. Needle or not?? Thx.
