Have A Skin Rash That Doctors Are Somewhat Baffled Over.

Have a skin rash that doctors are somewhat baffled over. It resembles eczema, burning icthing, tiny patcy bumps that appear to be red and irritated perhaps from scratching. Cortozone / steriod shots helps but it returns and there are side effects. Any ideas, suggestions, treatment options, etc., etc.,?
