Have A Spotty Rash Over Most Of My Body, Upper

Have a spotty rash over most of my body, upper mostly and am wondering which antihistamine would work best for me. Hydroxyzine had been prescribed to me a year ago, but lost the instructions for use. Seems to be resultant from an identified allergic reaction.
