Have Achy. Tight Feeling Inside The Right Side Of Rear

Have achy. tight feeling inside the right side of rear mid back. Any thoughts as to what this might be? I had thought it might be a rib out of place, but it is a different feeling than that. It is making it difficult for me to turn towards the right when I turn my body that way.
