Have Any Studies Been Done Regarding People With Migraines As

Have any studies been done regarding people with migraines as well as PTSD, ADD and dyslexia? My neuro says she isnt aware of any but tells me people with PTSD experience pain to a greater degree than those without it and that those with ADD quite often have the opposite results than expected from medications. Another neurologist told me that they don't always know the reason for ones migraines yet they're SURE they know the cure. So far, I feel like a lab rat, trying medication after medication, with little relief. Any suggestions?
