Have Been Diagnosed With Relapsing Polychondritis In My Left Ear

Have been diagnosed with Relapsing Polychondritis in my left ear for couple years and take 200 MG of Dapsone. Started having pain in my esophagus, trachea and upper chest (under both breast) over the last few weeks. I have also been diagnosed with osteoarthritis for the last 15 years. Every joint in my body aches and I take Gabapenten for this. My question is could this Polychondritis be all of my issues? I feel weak, in pain 24/7, some shortness of breathe. My oxygen is never over 89. I just had chest x-ray, mammagram, all negative. Just don't know where to go from here.
