Have Been Diagnosed With Adult ADD, PTSD, MDD And I

Have been diagnosed with adult ADD, PTSD, MDD and I am now on medicaid for disability. It is a terrible combination. I was with the Ozark Center in 2009 and was put on ritalin 2x a day. I crashed at work and lost my job. They made it 3x a day. I tried to get a career back but knew I would be fired when I ran out as I was so disorganized. I am now back and they try so many things on me. I already have very low blood pressure. I just want to be useful to my kids at this point. There is so much methamphetamine here that they think everyone is an addict. I am looking for an actual doctor that is familiar with my problem. All my family mambers have taken tests using their thoughts about me and we all come to type 7 ADD, whatever that is. I am turning 55. I have to get my life together. I lost everything ion 2008 and have had to do bankruptcy and now they have me on disability. I have 3 science degrees and know I could do better than this!! I need someone who actually knows what I'm talking about. They put me on Tenex last month and I went back to bed! I will NOT take SSRI drugs. I almost killed myself on prozac. I have 3 kids. Is there any real experts out there? I cant find my shoes. I have 12 + pairs of glasses so I can find a pair. This is stupid. I don't care about sleeping! I care about staying awake and not having my kids embarrassed to have a friend over cuz the house is like a tornado went through it. I'm ready to move away so they are not so embarrassed of me. I only have medicaid because I cannot get it together enough to get a job
