Have Been Experiencing Bruising In My Hand After Simple Use.

Have been experiencing bruising in my hand after simple use. For example, caught a frisbee between thumb and index finger ( like you're supposed to.). It hurt! Husband laughs - so do I. But in an hour - big bruise all over the soft part of my palm and inner thumb. Faded out after a few days. Next climbing over a fence ( ya, I know, but I'm use to being pretty active. I'm a runner , physically excellent health .) So upon lowering over other side of fence my hands HURT. I let go and dropped to the ground. (Again, laughing at my new found clumsiness.) Next day GIANT bruise on palm of my right hand and a smaller bruise on the left palm as well.
What is happening ??
