Have Been Experiencing Red, Swollen And Severe Tingling, Like Thousands

Have been experiencing red, swollen and severe tingling, like thousands of what feels like needles . This began last week and my doc prescribed 20mg of Furosemide taking 1 pill every morning. I have experienced that this has not been effective in reducing the swelling, although the pain gets better when I take my oxycodone. It started in my foot and this morning the swelling and pain are up to about center of my thigh in both legs. Any thoughts about this?
