Have Been Fighting The Flu And Cold Symptoms For Over

Have been fighting the flu and cold symptoms for over a week. Today I feel as if I'm getting worse, with different symptoms. I am actively coughing up flem and my throat is very painful, but yesterday afternoon i noticed that I have a very red face - like a sunburn. I took my temperature and it was elevated about 3 degrees.
Ok so right now I feel my face is swollen and my skin is very sensitive to the touch, like sunburn symptoms. Feeling a little concerned. What do you think?
