Have Been Having A Small Amount Of Mucous Issuing From

Have been having a small amount of mucous issuing from my rectum for about 2 weeks. Just now it was about 2 tablespoons. Feeling of not emptying bowels. Tiny fleck of red in mucous. Can't tell if urge to defacate will produce mucous or fecal matter. Uncomfortable feeling in lower abdomen. Fatigue even after good night's sleep.
