Have Been In CR With MM (deletion 13q) For Almost

Have been in CR with MM (deletion 13q) for almost 11 years. Not transplanted. On last blood test although there was no detectable M spike the immunologist noted on lab report that there was detection of an Aga paraprotein. Until now, have had CR with negative immunofixation. Apart from this all blood work was excellent with RBC 145, WBC 168 etc.
