Have Been On Escitalopram, 10MG For Several Years. I Try

Have been on Escitalopram, 10MG for several years. I try to take 1/2 and after a while find I am getting anxious, easily irritated and dizzy. I,m not sure whether I can get off of it or never can. I am now taking a natural pill to help with anxiety and it has helped that but not the dizziness.
