Have Been On Keflex For 7 Days Beginning 7-3-18 And

Have been on Keflex for 7 days beginning 7-3-18 and Clindamycin since 7-11-18 for Cellulitiis in R ring finger under nail and side where nail meets skin. Started out as hang nail originally. Ankles have been swollen at night for last 2-3 nights but better by morning. This morning swelling did not dissipate. Tonight ankles are so swollen I don't have ankles and top of my feet so swollen and tight they are very uncomfortable. Wondering if antibiotics can do this. Am 75 yrs and have not had swelling like this since being pregnatI have a script for Triamterene - HCTZ 37.5 MG I was told to discontinue Feb 2017 Should I take some (one capsule by mouth daily) and also keep my feet elevated.
