Have Been On Viorele Since Dec 2013 After Delivery Of

Have been on Viorele since Dec 2013 after delivery of third child in Oct. Little to no bleeding after c-section and periods were literally one to two hours long since starting Viorele. Last period was in early Aug. Not pregnant but no period. Should I be concerned?
