Have Been On Hormone Replacement Therapy For Low T. Started

Have been on hormone replacement therapy for low T. Started with 2mg Androderm patch. Was fine and felt good with this treatment. The only downside was skin irritation. Due to the irritation, i asked to be switched to Androgel-1.62%. After the first dose (40mg/day), my head and hands felt heavy and I feel slightly dizzy. This takes away from the feeling of well being I was getting from the testosterone. I have since reduced to 10 mg/day but I am still experiencing these symptoms. The symptoms are not as severe. I have been using the gel for 13 days. One week on the reduced dose. I also take Coreg-10mg, Plavix-75mg, Pravastatin-20mg, Aspirin-81 mg. Have a stent. Any recommendations, stop the gel now, reduce further or other suggestions? My blood pressure was 130/69 and heart rate 50. Its usually about 65. Diastolic seems low for me as well as the heart rate. I am 53 years old.
