Have Been On Mononessa For 3 Months And Recently Was

Have been on mononessa for 3 months and recently was switched to necon 50 for endo. I have had severe lower abdominal pain over a week now that comes and goes.I'm constantly bleeding and/or spotting with no end in sight. The blood and tissue that I have is so dark it's almost black. Is all of this normal???
