Have Been Taking Atenolol For About A Week Now. Had

Have been taking Atenolol for about a week now. Had open heart surgery 6 mos. ago everything going well.
However have been having diarrhea for the past 4 days now. Would this medicine change have anything to do with that?? if not maybe I have caught a bug.
