Have Been Vomiting. Every 2 Hours For The Last 12

Have been vomiting. Every 2 hours for the last 12 hours. Severe body aches to the point i cant even make a fist. Severe headache. Chills with hot flashes. No fever. Have had the the flu before and this is nothing like that. Upper rib cage area is very painful. Any help would help . thanks so much
