Have Carpal Tunnel In Both Hands And Was Given Gabapentin

Have carpal tunnel in both hands and was given gabapentin 100mg 1 three times a day for three days then 2 three times for three days then 600mg 1/2 three times a day for 3 days then 1 three times a day for 3 days then 1 1/2 three times a day and there is 72 pills.am taking clopidogrel 75mg a day and v-d 1ooo units a day and topiramate 25mg 2 twice a day and simistatin 80mg once dayly and hydroxychloroquine 200mg 1 1/2 a day can this hurt me.I have 1 kidney but the other one is fine.
