Have Constituent Pain For 3 Days In Lower Right Side

Have constituent pain for 3 days in lower right side of pelvis area and also in lower left side of back. Worse with intercourse and pushing on area. Also had one quarter size clear to brownish gel sticking discharge come out yesturday. Had HPV and have had biopsy in 2010. Regular and clear paps with no HPV ever since. Married same partner. Tubs tide 2013. C-Section 2011 and 2013. Should I make an appointment?
