Have Continus Bladder Infections The Last 3 Have Been Eboli.

Have continus bladder infections the last 3 have been eboli. I have these infection a lot. I am seeing new doctors trying to figure out why. I take 2 diabetic pills a day. I think this started about the same time. Just had gallbladder out Oct 1. Have mesh support. Hysterectomy at 24, now 67.
Could the pills cause them? I have very careful since the bad one last year. Also wear pantiliners 24 7
