Have Dizziness, Loss Of Appetite And Fear Of Undetected Illness. Was On Cymbalta 3 Years Back. Advice?

I was on Cymbalta for 7 yrs Ive been off for three yrs but the last three months Ive been suffering from dizziness loss of appetite fear that I may have a undetected illness it gets worse when I want to go out or I start my workouts without insurance I cant afford to go to my MD.....What does it sound like to you? Im 34 yrs old
