Have Dry Tongue At Night. Have Dx Of MCTD With

Have dry tongue at night. Have dx of MCTD with scleroderma mild as most prominent. Is dry tongue related? I refuse to take the biologic meds, and have opted to use acupuncture and am now followingimmune system diet. I do not believe any symptoms I have justify desroying my immune system. Other symptoms related to.MCTD are decreased motility of esophagus and decreased pulmonary function. I also have narrowing of nerve outlets for C4-C6 which was diagnosed as not related to MCTD though there is significant compressio and radiculopathy. So the question is. Is this more likely to be a rheumatoid sx or part of the neck ortho nerve compression? It is not a medication problem since I take no prescription meds.
