Have Got 2 Tumors On My Saliva Glands Went To

Have got 2 tumors on my saliva glands went to hospital and they are not cancer but they did not take them out that was 6months ago. Now I have a lump in my throat at the back near my tongue. I can't swallow properly its sore. Have been transferred back to the same hospital in Townsville. Should I demand that they finally operate to get all the lumps or should I get second opinion.
