Have Had 4 Lower Back Surgeries - Now I Am

Have had 4 lower back surgeries - now I am having severe pain in low back again & down the front of both legs almost to knees - have had Siatica Nerve Blocks from Pain Management w/ little relief- Should I see my Neurosurgeon again ? Should have already been back for checkup- but scared of another surgery !
Is Neurosurgeon the only one who can help me ? (Pain is unbearable even through mediation & now headaches & nausea w/ the pain) .. Thanks so much ! ( still trying to work)
