Have Had A Heart Attack Ruled Out By The Emergency

Have had a heart attack ruled out by the emergency doctor and going to my heart doctor next week. Still having mild+pain frequently but not constant. Is there anything else in that area (heart) that could be causing the pain. It has been on-going over 3 days. Does not feel like heartburn from food and tums do not help.
