Have Had Back Trouble With Back Pain And Sciatica (mostly

Have had back trouble with back pain and sciatica (mostly in the right leg) for around five years. Had PT, epidural shots, pain meds and chiropractic. Finally had back surgery (disk replacement and fusion L4-5) Wednesday 12/16/2015. Worked great but then something moved and had severe leg pain. Had second surgery Wednesday 12/30/2015 with an expandable disk. Saturday at 11:00 a.m. until Sunday afternoon had no pain whatsoever, only numbness feeling across foot and ankle. Went home Sunday 2/3/2016 but that evening pain started in right leg and foot again mildly but gradually getting worse. Wednesday 1/6/2016 noticed right foot was much colder than the left one. Called surgeon's office and told to go to ER and get an ultrasound. ER doc said my pulses were fine and that I did not need an ultrasound. Surgeon said he could see me the following day if I wanted. Felt some better Thursday. Did not to back to doc (hour and a half drive). Pain down outer right calf across the ankle to the big toe. Area feels "numb" and like it is "waking up after falling asleep." Very painful at night and after I stand up. Am taking hydrocodone and cyclobenzaprine along with enalapril, pantoprazole, levothyroxine, alendronate, and multivitamin. This pain a numb feeling is not getting better. Is this going to get any better after time or do I need to go back to surgeon and see if something else is wrong? Can I let this go too long where it cannot get better?
