Have Had Bloating And Fullness In Abdomen Last Few Days

Have had bloating and fullness in abdomen last few days intermittently. Today though it's been all day and more pressure. No problems urinating or with bowels. What should I try prior to going to dr? Trying to drink lots of water but that only makes me feel more full
