Have Had Considerable Chest Discomfort -- Feels Like Pressure Tightness/

Have had considerable chest discomfort -- feels like pressure tightness/ strain-- stress test was normal-- blood work all ok too-- had some tingling in left arm -- now on aspirin every day -- as long as I don't do heavy lifting ot strenuous work feel ok
